Up late sorting through a new batch of Hot Wheels toy cars with my girlfriend. She brought a boxful over she’d found at a yard sale the other day and had remembered me talking about red lines on the wheels of some of the toy cars I was in the market for. She said she’d noticed that quite a few of them had red lines on the wheels so she bought the whole boxful for about twenty bucks.

I’m glad she thought of me, there were about thirty or so red lines in the box. Now given they weren’t all in great shape or anything, but even the rough ones should be worth about five dollars or so apiece. That is a quick and easy profit margin were you to ask my opinion. And she’s such a sweetheart too, When I suggested to pay her double for her trouble, she told me she would, “take it out in trade” , if you know what I mean! Wonderful girl that one. God, I love my life!
